The Market Common Clarendon is an exciting new "urban village" mixed-use retail, apartment and townhome project planned for a three-block, 10.22 acre site located in Arlington, Virginia. The property is strategically located along the vibrant Rosslyn-Ballston corridor between two Metro stations. The development is comprised of 250,000 square feet of specialty retail, 300 apartments, 87 townhomesand 1,420 parking spaces.
The mixed-use development is comprised of "Main Street" style one-and two-story retail space in varying sizes and elevations.
