Antunovich Associates worked with the Catholic Theological Union, the largest Catholic graduate school of theology in the United States, to expand its Hyde Park campus in Chicago and renovate its current facilities.

The new Academic Center, a five-story "contextural modern" building, constructed on the south side of Cornell Avenue contains classrooms, assembly spaces, office, an atrium, a state-of-the-art library and a parking garage.  The 10-story former academic building at the corner of Cornell Avenue and 54th Street was renovated to serve as a residential facility and will include dining facilities and offices.
