Landmark Village is an exciting urban mixed-use vision for 51 acres of prime real estate located on I-395 (The Henry G. Shirley Memorial Highway) at Duke Street (Route 236) and Van Dorn Street in Alexandria, Virginia. The innovative Master Plan prepared for the site includes a broad range of uses and will add amenities for service and entertainment on behalf of the existing and growing residential population of the surrounding area, including several new landscaped public recreational and water-feature areas.
