Project description: The Park Evanston apartment building was constructed in 1995 and designed by Harry Weese Associates. Antunovich Associates was brought in by Lincoln Property Company and New York Life to revitalize the amenity areas and create spaces to cater to the building’s diverse population which includes graduate students, professors, and retirees.

Antunovich Associates reprogrammed the first floors creating a Wi-Fi Café, Fitness Center, Game and Meeting Rooms, as well as, as new open Leasing Center to connect with residents.  The steam fireplace creates a hub for both prospective tenants and residents alike, offering views and bringing natural light into the Wi-Fi Lounge.  A new leasable party room was designed at the 24th floor, offering expansive views out over Lake Michigan.
