Today the site has been subdivided into multiple parcels, many of which will be sold to individual developers. Antunovich Associates will initially be responsible for planning and designing the main “Town Center” parcel located at the corner of Meacham Road and Algonquin Road. The design will entail a mixed-use development that calls for nearly 800,000 square feet of built area within the retail core, not including the four massive parking structures that will support it. Construction is slated to start later this year on a new spine road and infrastructure with a phase one completion as soon as the Fall of 2020.
