ōLiv Tempe’s contemporary architectural design is a reflection of the modern lifestyle of Tempe’s residential community. Located in Tempe, Arizona, this mixed-use commercial project will provide 268 apartment units, 3 retail suites, 157 parking spaces and a luxurious amenity package.

This 24-story building fits neatly in the rapidly-growing Tempe skyline. The 1-story base podium includes retail suites fronting 7th Street & Myrtle Avenue, with entrances accessed directly off of 7th street. This retail space is approximately 5,925 SF. Both the residential lobby and leasing offices are accessed off of Myrtle Avenue. Nestled between the podium and the first residential floor are 5-stories of parking garage.

Residential units begin on the 7th floor, which steps back approximately 6 feet from 7th Street, and 6 feet from Myrtle Avenue. In addition to units, this floor also features communal amenity spaces, including fitness & wellness amenities, a collaboration & lounging annex, and an outdoor garden terrace (within the internal courtyard). The garden terrace showcases a large central lounge seating area surrounded by luscious planter boxes.

From the 7th floor to the 23rd floor are 17-stories of residential apartment units designed with an efficient, contemporary aesthetic.  The primary community amenity space is located on the pool terrace. This state-of-the-art facility features both pool and hot tub, BBQ grilling stations, small group conversational seating areas shaded by canopies, floating daybeds, a fire-pit seating sculpture, functional see-saw, and many chaise lounges for those sun worshippers.
