The 626 South Wabash Avenue Multi-Family Residential Development is an exciting, new residential, retail and parking project planned for a 15,934 square foot site located in Chicago, Illinois. The property is strategically located within the business district of the South Loop.

The building consists of residential, retail, and parking uses. The project will include 164 apartments, 64 parking spaces will be provided, along with approximately 4,000 square feet of retail on the first floor of the building. The tower will include a business/study center, entertainment facilities, exercise facilities, a basketball court, an outdoor terrace on the 18th floor, and a 19th-floor pool deck. The exterior of the building will feature aluminum and glass window walls, and metal panels, with a façade and module that responds to the mix of residential units.
