The Cork Factory Lofts

Project description: The Cork Factory Lofts provides progressive urbanites with unique living experiences. The design concept aims to achieve a complete merging of trendy and unique, historical and modern, life and living. The historic feel of each building is captured by engaging and exposing the original elements when possible, yielding to the warmth of natural maple cabinets and eye-opening accent colors throughout.

Nestled between the two main residential buildings, and peeking out from the shadow of the high bridge overhead, is the historic one-story brick Engine Room. The voluminous interior space, with its exposed steel structure ceiling and clerestory windows above, provides an inviting setting for visitors and small to medium-sized get-togethers. This building is home to the workout facility, sophisticated offices, a party room, and features a beautiful courtyard that draws in residents.
