Hub College Park

Antunovich Associates are collaborating with Core Spaces to construct a new state-of-the-art nine story Student Residence Development, containing 480 occupants in College Park, Maryland. Hub College Park is adjacent to the beautiful University of Maryland Campus, this development will enhance the existing neighborhood and will provide a much needed residential option in the area.

The new building will house a creative mix of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, four bedroom and duplex units, with 61 occupants and 20 units on a typical residential floor level.
