Location:Chicago, Illinois
Client: McCaffery Interests/Hines
Project description: 23Fifty is a new 68,000 square foot office and retail building designed by Antunovich Associates for the developers McCaffery Interests and Hines. The structure is part of The Lincoln Common development at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue, Fullerton Avenue, and Halsted Street in Chicago, Illinois. The Lincoln Common development is a mixed-use development featuring 540 apartments, 60 luxury condominiums, 100,000 square feet of retail and 57,000 square feet of open green space.

Designed to emulate the warehouse style common throughout Lincoln Park, the building’s facade takes on a traditional masonry design. The new design offers a ground level retail space in addition to the four floors of office space with private outdoor terraces on each floor. The masonry facade features large, industrial style warehouse windows and the rehabilitation and incorporation of the existing historic facade.
