Project description: The eighth floor of the downtown Baton Rouge mixed-use development is home to prominent Louisiana law firm, Fishman Haygood. Private offices and a combination of formal conference rooms and casual meeting areas are arranged throughout this 8,700 SF space. To ensure client privacy while also maintaining spectacular views of the river, a unique switchable glass wall system in the main conference room allows for clear or frosted glass options.

Edgy artwork and bold graphics utilized throughout the office dictate the interiors of the space. The open and welcoming lobby livens up the entrance for visitors with its sleek marble reception desk with a jagged edge, classic Italian herringbone wood flooring, and a splash of color on the sofa. The lounge emulates that same idea with darker finishes and pops of color to create a fun, inviting space for employees to take a break. The kitchen's graphics give a nod to the office commute one takes, as well as bringing the outdoors in with an abstract take on a park scene.
