Developed by Vista Property Group, 370 North Morgan introduces a new residential tower in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. Designed by Antunovich Associates, the 32-story mixed-use development delivers 494 rental residences and ground-floor retail within a thoughtfully designed urban building that responds to the district’s industrial heritage while contributing a contemporary architectural presence to the evolving neighborhood. Located at the intersection of Morgan and Kinzie, the tower serves as the first phase of a larger master plan for the site, establishing a strong residential anchor along this prominent Fulton Market corridor.

The building’s architectural expression pairs a modern glass and dark metal facade with a brick podium that anchors the tower to the pedestrian scale of the street. At ground level, a landscaped plaza and residential lobby activate the prominent corner while retail space extends along the frontage to strengthen the public realm. At the top of the tower, an open two-story sky lounge creates a dramatic amenity space with uninterrupted views of the Chicago skyline, directly connecting residents to the outdoor pool terrace. Additional indoor and outdoor amenity spaces include fitness, wellness, and social gathering areas to support contemporary urban living. 370 North Morgan represents a significant step in the continued transformation of Fulton Market into one of Chicago’s most vibrant mixed-use districts.
