This exciting 550,000 SF mixed-use redevelopment project sits on the former Advocate Newspaper site, occupying an entire city block in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The catalyst for the 525 Lafayette Street development is a six-story building that houses IBM Corporation offices. An 87 unit luxury residential tower complements this structure, along with approximately 3,000 SF of retail space, and a collection of high-end townhomes along Main Street.
