Hub Tucson houses a creative mix of studio, one, two, three, four and five bedroom student apartments, with 58 beds on a typical floor. Each bedroom contains a private bathroom along with generous living areas. The building is terraced back significantly at the west side, creating an imagery that is consistent with the mountain ranges surrounding Tucson. The roof of the building houses a state-of-the-art pool, hot tub, and a spectacular indoor amenity area. The elegant second-floor terrace area includes a sand volleyball court, 20-foot Jumbotron TV, grilling stations, fireplace and comfortable seating areas. Indoor amenities also located on the second floor include an exercise room, Pilates room, tanning beds, sauna, steam room and meeting center. A spectacular lobby is located on the ground floor along with a marketing suite and retail spaces. Parking spaces are located above the first floor retail and lobby on two floors.
