The architectural design draws inspiration from the industrial loft buildings that define the West Loop, reinterpreting their proportions, materials, and structural expression through a contemporary lens. The building’s upper levels culminate in a penthouse amenity floor featuring a tenant lounge, meeting and conference spaces, wellness facilities, and an outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the Chicago skyline.
